Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! PDFfiller is almost as good as Adobe
PDFfiller makes PDF editing simple and quick. It's almost as good as Adobe itself. If you don't have Adobe, then here's you substitute.
It's a simplistic and quick online PDF editor. You basically upload your PDF file, then if provides to all of your needs from: inserting text, erasing text and other modification options.
None at the moment because I appreciate using it.

Firstly, I needed the form and capability to draft a residential Offer to Purchase. I've always just written offers by hand; needless to say it never looks as neat as a typed document. This did meet my needs.

Only used a few times, but so far no major issues. The only pain point, I would say is the editor...I am still getting in practice. Overall, this is a very good and useful tool.

What do you like best?
I receive notifications to my Gmail account on my phone and the computer. I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals. I like the editing features as well.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any complaints for what I use pdfFiller for.

This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. It also keeps a paper trail audit which is helpful.

I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice. It is very beneficial for a small mental health business. I like the feature of email faxing and document creation, as well as uploading my own templates to send out to my clientele.
