Initiate Feature License: full-featured PDF editor

When moving a workflow online, it's important to have the PDF editor that meets your needs.

In case you hadn't used PDF file type for your business documents before, you can switch anytime — it's easy to convert any other file format into PDF. You can also create just one PDF file to replace multiple documents of different formats. The Portable Document Format is also the best option in case you want to control the appearance of your content.

There are many solutions allowing you to modify PDFs, but there are only a few to cover all the use cases and don't cost you a fortune.

Use pdfFiller to edit documents, annotate and convert them into other file formats; fill them out and add a signature, or send out to others. All you need is in one browser window. You don’t need to download and install any programs.

Create a document on your own or upload an existing form using the next methods:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the path to your sample.
03
Find the form you need from the catalog using the search field.
04
Upload a document from your cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once a document is uploaded, it’s saved in the cloud and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Change a form’s page order. Add images to your PDF and edit its appearance. Ask your recipient to fill out the document. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud.

The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. One minor niggle: I paid on my debit card and it took me back to the website, whereupon I had to pay again to gain access - not sure if I have paid twice or not. Would have been five stars other than for that.

Microsoft Volume Licensing is a term used by Microsoft to describe a program for organizations that need multiple Microsoft product licenses, but do not need multiple copies of the software media and the documentation that comes with the software.
In software licensing, a volume licensing is the practice of selling a license authorizing one computer program to be used on many computers or by many users. For example, Microsoft software available through volume-licensing programs includes Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
The Open License Program is a Microsoft service that allows corporate, academic, charitable, or government organizations to obtain volume licenses for Microsoft products. It is ideally suited for companies with between 2 250 personal computers, but can accommodate organizations with up to 750 computers.
A license is a document that specifies what can and cannot be done with a work. It grants permissions and states restrictions. Broadly speaking, an open license is one that grants permission to access, re-use and redistribute a work with few or no restrictions (definition from Openedefinition.org).
