In Process Builder it is really great that you can write formulas to update fields with specific values. However, it would be even better if within those formulas you could reference custom formula fields on the object.
Formulas do not cause “record updates,” and so generally can't fire anything (triggers, workflow rules, flows, outbound messages, etc). You can choose to recursively run workflow rules when a field update causes the record to change, but I'm not sure if that helps you in this case.
The rules can be created or changed using the standard SAP transaction PAC. Once the rules are created you can call these rules in any workflow via the rule container. First go to PAC transaction and enter the rule name like znew_rule. Click on create icon.
