This program is the best PDF editor/publisher , I have ever used. I especially like the ease of uploading images and placing them onto page. You are able to make adjustments, easily and can print specific pages and email, fax and or save complete documents or just a certain page, if you wish. Great program.

Good utility but service was even better I used this a couple of times. It was good, but other than that specific task I had no use of it, I let the trial run out and a week after I was charged and they were gracious enough to give me a refund and cancel the subscription with no fuss. Greatly appreciated.

Home Inspector I still like the program albeit the script and font could use some improvements Being able to fill reports online , print and send. The script is hard to line up , checking off boxes is also difficult.

Ease of transferring to file and in printing the forms. The T appearing for typing text when I do not want it. I have not other cons.
