I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. I like the program a lot. You recently changed the format a little. When I want to save a document to my computer, I can't tell it where to save it; it automatically saves it to my downloads, which I do not like. Before you changed the format, I was able to save a PDF completed document to whatever file I needed to on my computer. I would like to be able to do that again.

It was very easy to Fill out the PDF. Then I was suprised I could also mail it, from the same website.
I can upload a PDF and have it mailed, even by Certified Mail.
That you can mail or fax the PDF. You can like email to fax. Which is very good. Especially since I don't have a phone anymore, let alone a fax, since I just use my Cell Phone.
Technical support is terrific. They are always availble, they know everything, they are very helpful. For example, one technician let me email him my PDF, he fixed it for me, and emailed back to me.

Besides being a great product Support is Outstanding
Besides being a great product, I would like to express how good the support is.I worked with Sam for over an hour, He went way above and beyond helping me with my Zapier Integration. Most companies would have just said that is "out of scope" Or "not my problem" Not these guys, they logged into my computer and dove deep into it and fixed my problem. Also keep in mind, I am only on a basic plan and they treated me like I was spending $1000's of dollars with them.

Would be better if you didn't have to input personal card information for a one time use on a free item. Other than that, good experience because it was easy to navigate.

Great customer service
I messed up, and realized after being billed that I hadn't actually finished cancelling my membership. Customer service (Anna) was very helpful, voiding the payment and cancelling my membership, which is a far better policy than most companies have. Her messages were friendly and the response time was very quick.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.
