tough start, but Sam saved the day!
SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! I forgot to cancel my subscription and…
I forgot to cancel my subscription and got charged but my man Kurt came to rescue and flawslessly handle the support. In no time I was refunded even tho the mistake was on my side. I didnt need pdfFiller now but in the future. Thats the solution I would pick with no doubt.

What do you like best?
Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use
What do you dislike?
Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Life Saver
I have been working from home since the covid19 and my use of office equipment were lessened, made it hard for me to work and I tried pdfFiller, this is a great app which helps me a lot with my work now.
