I originally downloaded Adobe Flash Player thinking I could make my own PDS I was wrong it was I'm no help. Just by doing a simple internet search. I came across your website it's amazing. It does everything I needed to do and more so happy I found it! I'm a landlord and now I can send applications online and fill out leases online so convenient.

FPDF FILLER EXCELLENT TOOL. IT WOULD BE NICE IF WE COULD ADD A PAGE TO AN EXISTING DOCUMENT SO THAT IT ALSO BECOMES PART OF THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT. IF THE THERE ARE FOR EXAMPLE 10 PAGES UPLOADED AND I WANT TO INSERT A PAGE IN FRONT OR IN BACK OF SAY PAGE 7 THEN I COULD MAKE IT A COMPETE DOCUMENT WITH THE PROPER INSERT. OR IF I COULD DELETE A PAGE FROM THE 10 PAGES AND INSERT A NEW PAGE IN THE PROPER INSERTION POINT.

What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiller for several years and it is essential to my law practice. I haven't used a typewriter to fill in forms since I began using PDFfiller. Especially helpful filling out long questionnaire forms which may have to be changed as additional information is received. Great product!
What do you dislike?
There is nothing that I dislike about PDFfiller.

As mentioned above, while I could fill out forms by writing in the information, my handwriting is terrible. Using PDFfiller allows me to type in answers on forms which then look very professional.

This little program is life-changing. This little program is life-changing. Needing to continuously reproduce docs from old paperwork and (business) historical documents is insanely time consuming. Retyping, reformatting you name it. Sometimes OCR software doesn't cut it. With this program, I've cut my frustration time by 90%. My production time is a breeze. The remaining 10% is my learning curve, but I"m figuring out more as I go, and when stuck? Kara is in chat to figure it and me out. Done. Well worth the subscription. Thank you!

My only knock is the price My only knock is the price, for a small business this is an unique tool to have to save money getting documents done over etc. If the cost was not out of my price range, for the amount of time i use it i would definitely purchase.

Since the seller provided you with the title for the used car (assuming the title is legit), chances are the lien has been paid in full. It just hasn't been released properly. ... Once you have the documentation you need, you can file it with the DMV and get the car registered.
Most of the time, lenders keep the title on file until the associated loan is paid off, at which time they send the original title document to the vehicle's owner. In some states, owners may receive the lien release instead. Once you have possession of the title, it's important to keep it in a safe place.

As a general rule, you can't sell a car without a clear title, or without making arrangements to clear the title. Failing to satisfy the lien holder can place you at risk of legal action. If you're able to pay off your loan balance, your lender will typically send a lien release document (depending on the state) to the state transportation agency so that the car title can be updated and transferred to you. Once you receive the title, you can then transfer it to the person who buys your car.
Giving the buyer a title-less vehicle while the seller continues making loan payments is inadvisable. The buyer can't get the title until the loan has been paid off. The buyer can put the sale money in an escrow account, to be released to the seller once the lien has been released and the title obtained.
What if the lien holder has my title certificate? In many other states, the lien holder keeps the title certificate until the lien is satisfied. The lien holder sends the title certificate to the owner when the lien is satisfied.
The lien holder on a car is the lender that the owner must repay to gain clear possession of the title. As long as you still owe on the loan, the lien holder's name remains on the title.
You can check the status of the lien online at the DMV website. You must enter the VIN, model year and make of the vehicle to check the status of the lien. If you are the vehicle owner, contact the dealer or contact the lien holder.
