I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. PDF Filler is very convenient and well thought through. Now, if it only integrated with my tax return online service provider and auto-populated forms, ditto all others, it would be perfect.

An easy to use program, great features, that allows you to complete and edit PDF forms. I'm no computer expert, but found this program straight forward to follow. Makes completing forms online so much easier than printing onto paper and filling out the long way. Would highly recommend it.

Fantastic at converting pdf to word and also editing a pdf file. Getting yourself around the menu's is a little clunky and takes a while to get used too.

Had a few difficulties with the process, but was able to sort it out after a little experimentation. I would like the ability to vary the size of signatures. I also tried to change the date format and set a new default but it didn't seem to work.
Overall, I was ok with the program but I really didn't find it fitted my purposes.

I like that you can save the template for a certificate of insurance or an application and send it out that way. It still saves it as new but also creates the new Document.

The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.

few extensions are not available and some files create problems after converting .

pdFiller worked great for filling out immigration forms that wouldn't let me fill in blank spaces that my regular pdf editor wouln't let me.
