I love that you can turn any document or picture into pdf. As a loan officer, I need copies of driver's license and social security. Everyone has a nice phone but the format is not PDF. This PDFfiller is the best. It only has a few fonts. That is the reason for the 4 out of 5.

Top notch customer support
I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. A good pdf editor, although there is still some work to do with the command consistency with the environment (windows keys, for instance while editing a document if we press home the screen goes to the header of the document).

What is the tag along clause in an agreement?
Also known as a piggyback clause, a tag-along clause exists to protect the minority shareholders in a company. When a majority shareholder wishes to sell its shares of a company to a third party, a tag-along clause entitles the minority shareholder to also sell its shares for the same price and on the same terms.
What is an example of a tag along right?
An example of a tag-along right clause in a shareholder agreement might read as follows: “If [majority shareholder's name] intends to sell any of their shares of the Company to a third party, the minority shareholders shall have the right to 'tag along' and include their shares in the proposed sale.
What is a tag-along clause?
The tag along clause requires the minor shareholder to be allowed to join in on a sale. Both clauses are designed to give the minor shareholder the rights to receive the same price, terms and conditions as any other seller.
What is an example of a drag along clause?
For example, if a third party offers to buy out a company and the majority shareholder wish to accept the deal, a drag-along right will ensure that minority shareholders accept the buy-out. Basically the minority shareholders are dragged into accepting the deal on the terms negotiated by the majority shareholder.
What percentage is the tag along right?
Threshold: Parties need to determine the threshold (i.e. the percentage of shares) that will trigger the drag-along right. This threshold is usually around 75% but this can be lower depending on the structure and bargaining power of the parties.
What are the rules for tag along?
The tag-along clause itself grants the minority shareholder the right (but not the obligation) to participate in the sale planned by the majority. The majority shareholder must notify all other minority shareholders covered under tag-along provisions and allow them to join in the transaction.
