PDF Filler makes my work so much easier. I am a teacher and I need to change PDF files all the time to meet my students needs. So, before I would print out the original and have to white out what I needed gone and make a copy. I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. First time user. It was fast and easy to learn. I hate doing govt forms and this was so simple to use and completed what takes me hours in mionutes.

What do you like best?
That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner.
What do you dislike?
That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card.
