Turn on the TV you want to program. Press and hold the Menu + OK buttons simultaneously until the Input button blinks twice. Press TV Power. The Input button should light up solid. Aim the remote at your TV and press and hold the UP arrow. Once the device turns off, release the UP arrow.
Buy, Replace or Exchange a Remote You can pick up a replacement remote, at no charge, at your local Spectrum Store. Please bring your old remote with you. If there isn't a Spectrum Store near you, we may be able to ship a remote to you at no charge. Please contact us to replace your remote.
Press on TV once (or the desired device). Press and hold SETUP until the TV key blinks twice. Enter 9-9-1: the TV key will blink twice. Press on POWER once and release. Press on CH+ repeatedly until the device turns off. Press on SETUP once and release, the TV key should blink twice.
For easier access, the model code and the serial number of the TVs are located on the right side of it. For older models, you will find the model code and serial number at the back of the TV.
Make sure the device you want to control is turned on. Press the setup button (if your remote does not have one, skip this part). Hold the device button corresponding to the type of device you are using. Keep holding it and enter the code for the device that you found based on the brand.
