If the pop ups on the forms would stop that would be terrific. It would also be nice before I go putting all my personal info in the form that you put the price up front.

While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. I really resent automatice renewals. Hence I went with the month to month as my need for your program may only be for a short time.

Only thing it is lacking is the OCR - If it would have had this ability to edit scanned pdf document like PDF element - then it would have been the best!

Is it legal for maintenance to enter your apartment?
However, there are certain legal reasons a tenant must let a landlord enter their apartment. In general, a landlord is allowed to enter a tenant's rental unit for issues directly related to the property. This includes: The maintenance of the property.
Is it legal for maintenance to enter your apartment without notice?
In all states, a landlord can enter the property without notice or permission if there is an emergency. For example, if a burst pipe in your apartment is leaking into the unit downstairs, your landlord may enter or send someone from the maintenance crew to enter your home if you're not there.
Can I refuse to let my landlord show my apartment?
California law states that landlords can legally enter a rental unit to show it to prospective tenants, buyers, lenders and contractors. If you don't cooperate, the landlord can show the place anyway.
Can I sue my landlord for illegal entry?
A tenant who sues a landlord for entering the tenant's unit without permission may have a hard time proving much in the way of money damages. For example, if a landlord's repeated illegal entries into your house caused you 75 hours of serious upset, and you value your time at $25 per hour, you would sue for $1,875.
Can a landlord enter without permission in Michigan?
Your landlord can't enter your home without permission except in an emergency. If there is a problem that your landlord needs to enter your home to fix, you should be given notice a reasonable time before the landlord plans to enter.
Can a landlord enter a tenant's apartment?
Landlords and managers can legally enter a tenant's apartment for legitimate purposes if they give the tenants reasonable advance notice (usually 24 hours) using a Notice to Enter. In some states, landlords can only enter an apartment during normal business hours, unless it's an emergency.
Can your landlord just walk in your apartment?
No. If your landlord wants to come into your home to make non-emergency repairs, or inspect the apartment, they must give you “reasonable notice.” This means at least 24 hours notice. If the landlord does give you reasonable notice you can't refuse them entry to the unit.
Can my landlord enter my apartment when I am not at home Ontario?
Yes. The Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board has clear rules regarding when and how landlords can enter rental properties. A landlord can enter a rental unit without notice, with verbal notice and with written notice, depending on the landlord's reasons for entering the rental unit.
