With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. So far I like it. I don't like that it saves it multiple times and when I try to get rid of the older versions it erases all. I am not sure if I am doing it wrong. Overall, I like the features. I'd like to see the rotating feature added. For instance, when you erase and add a new text, and thd pdf page is crooked, you can cut and rotate the piece to straiten it.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! If Sam is an example of the company, which he is, then this is a 10 star company on a 4 star scale!

Excellent product never had an issue so can't tell you what support is like. Upload, fill and print
Quick and easy to work with. Have used other pdf products and this is best for the price.
Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications.
Worry about encryption and security of stored documents but most of my work is not confidential so that is one reason I use it.

It's very easy to edit the documents and a lot of flexibility was put into thought in pdffiller and I'm very impressed.

The card reading company kept declining…
The card reading company kept declining every card I had even though they were all in good standing. Customer Service (online chat) tried several remedies. Still did not work. I needed to print the document I completed. Customer Service gave me a one time free print so I was not in a bind and will try again tomorrow from different computer to actually purchase the service!!Thank you!!

Not very user friendly. The "sign-up" commitment is not good... Inevitably some people will forget to cancel and then will be hit with a high annual charge...

It's essential for digital nomads
It's essential for digital nomads. Since my base is in the US. I rely on these solutions to continue operations in the US from abroad. I would integrate payment systems, especially with the banking networks to be able to send money orders or checks physically. And I would suggest connecting with virtual offices to be able to interact with clients in a virtual office setting. I'm thinking a virtual secretary solution... just some thoughts to improve. Abe
