It has been a very interesting experience, my first time doing my return with your company. I won't need to use your service any more, so please just bill me for this one time only. I'm 89 years old and closing down my accounting business @ 5/31/15.

I'm still on the learning curve. Would like to have a way to erase large sections of a page, not just strips of it. If there is such a way, I haven't yet discovered that.

Names of all tenants. ... Limits on occupancy. ... Term of the tenancy. ... Rent. ... Deposits and fees. ... Repairs and maintenance. ... Entry to rental property. ... Restrictions on tenant illegal activity.
The average car lease is three years, although some can go longer. However, drivers who lease cars for too long can end up paying extra money in maintenance. If you lease a car, make sure the lease period either matches or is shorter than the car's warranty period.
Standard Term Leases, 3 to 5 Years Usually between 3 and 5 years in length, standard term leases are a compromise in flexibility and predictability between their short and long-term counterparts.
A lease is a contract outlining the terms under which one party agrees to rent property owned by another party. It guarantees the lessee, also known as the tenant, use of an asset and guarantees the lessor, the property owner or landlord, regular payments for a specified period in exchange.
Usually between 3 and 5 years in length, standard term leases are a compromise in flexibility and predictability between their short and long-term counterparts. However, unlike the narrow scope of negotiated lease terms in shorter contracts, tenants that elect standard leases at least have some perks available to them.
The average lease term is 12 months. A few leases are available for 24 months. Short term leases are usually 6 months, but sometime 1 month leases may be available.
Names of all tenants. ... Limits on occupancy. ... Term of the tenancy. ... Rent. ... Deposits and fees. ... Repairs and maintenance. ... Entry to rental property. ... Restrictions on tenant illegal activity.
The lease should include basic facts and data about the property, including the physical address and the landlord's name and contact information. It should also state the date the lease was signed; the beginning and end dates of the rental period; and options for lease renewal, including policies for rent increases.
As a minimum, the agreement identifies the parties, the property, the term of the rental, and the amount of rent for the term. The owner of the property may be referred to as the lessor and the renter as the lessee.
When your tenant breaks a lease by leaving the rental property before the term expires, you have the right to collect the money you are owed. A lease agreement with a fixed term means the tenant owes you rent until you can lease the property out again to a qualified renter or the lease expires, whichever happens first.
