I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.

PDFfiller is web-based, so it's easy for me to access on my phone if I need to quickly sign or edit a PDF file.
Additional features in the paid subscription model (more editing options), would convince me to sign-up for the paid versions of the software.

Pdf filler is better than Adobe
Good for small simple doc editing. Adding signatures etc.
I was able to get my docs edited and printed with my native software and android phone. Adobe is too picky about using their product only, with PDF filler I was able to get everything done non issues.
It was a trial basis for free, I wish they would have told me that from day one to save me the hassle of going back to purchase, but really it didn't matter.

Thank you Customer service chat helped me find the watermark option. I couldn't see it in the areas I thought it would be. Although I had to exit out of chat because the option was under the chat box. So thank you since I had to close the chat out!

Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.

How do you draft a lease agreement?
Familiarize yourself with your state's laws. Property management and real estate laws differ depending on what state -- and even city -- you live in. Write an explicit and easy-to-understand contract. Include all the stipulations that you require. Include details regarding the deposit. Consult with an attorney.
Is a handwritten lease legal?
FAQ Does the lease have to be in writing? In Alberta, you do not need a written lease. However, a written lease is a good idea because then both the landlord and the tenant are clear on their responsibilities.
Can I make my own lease agreement?
A lease can be written or verbal, but a verbal lease can be very difficult to enforce. If you decide to write your own lease make sure you include a clause that states if any condition is not legal, that the rest of the lease is still in effect.
Is a handwritten eviction notice legal?
Yes, the landlord can give you a hand-written notice to terminate your tenancy. There is no rule that it needs to be typed. However, there are rules on the contents of the notice.
Is it illegal to make a fake lease?
Yes, forging a legal document (a lease) is a crime. If you want to draw up a legitimate document, with a lease starting today, with a monthly rent of $1, there is nothing illegal about that. It certainly wouldn't be in your interest to bring up that it was a fake lease so that you could defraud another landlord.
What can make a lease invalid?
The Statute of Frauds in California requires that a lease for more than a year must be in writing. Consequently, an oral agreement for a rental period of a year or less is still valid where the parties intended to create such a lease. The failure to contain other elements does not cause the lease to be invalid.
