I think, best side of this product is variety of tools for updating, signing and sharing my papers.
What do you dislike?
First time it seemed complicated. Not sure, but probably it will be good if you will have a manual, guide book or whatever to help me understand all possibilities.

It is very easy to use and available for mobile app. Constantly improving and mobile apps features have improved a lot and seem a lot of functions than before.

People don’t know the program, so they are afraid to open when i send to request a signature.

What do you like best?
The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.
What do you dislike?
The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

It took me awhile to understand how to… It took me awhile to understand how to work this software but once I got my file downloaded it was great and saved me a lot of time not having to retype each form

No Scanning! I'm just PDF Filling It makes capturing my customer's signature hassle-free as my business is online. No do-overs! Thank you! Because I make it mandatory for them to sign after placing an order. If they decide to change the order, within the specified time, they can sign to that too. What I like least about this software is that when actually filling in the blanks, the words do not align with the original text. This is an area that needs improvement.

An input mask is a string of characters that indicates the format of valid input values. You can use input masks in table fields, query fields, and controls on forms and reports. ... For example, you might use an input mask with a field that stores phone numbers so that Access requires ten digits of input.
Input Mask forces the user or whoever is entering data to input according to your Input Mask definition. Formatting takes the data that has been input and 'Formats' according to how you want the data displayed.
An input mask forces users to conform to a specific data-entry format for a given field. A required field can be left blank when entering a record. An input mask can be used when there is a common value in many records. Validation text restricts the data value that can be entered into a field.
An input mask is a set of simple rules that specifies the format in which data can be entered into a field. For example, an input mask of (999) 000-0000 could be used to determine how phone numbers are entered. In this example, the area code is optional, but the rest of the number is must be entered.
The Number data type in Access is a data type for different types of numbers, like Integer, Long Integer, Byte, Decimal, et cetera. The exact number type is configured using the Field Size property.
Just because you have a number, doesn't necessarily make it quantitative. For example, zip codes, phone numbers and bank-accounts are numeric, but it doesn't make much sense to find the average phone number or median zip-code. These are examples of numbers applied to categorical data.
