Input Signature Resolution: edit PDF documents from anywhere

The right PDF editor is a must to streamline your document management.

In case you hadn't used PDF file type for your documents before, you can switch anytime — it's simple to convert any file format into PDF. You can create a multi-purpose file in PDF instead of keeping its content in different file formats. The Portable Document Format is also the best choice in case you want to control the appearance of your content.

Though many online solutions offer PDF editing features, only a few of them allow adding e-signatures, collaborating with other users etc.

Use pdfFiller to edit documents, annotate and convert them to other formats; fill them out and add a digital signature, or send out to other users. All you need is just a web browser. You don’t have to download any applications. It’s an extensive platform you can use from any device with an internet connection.

Use one of these methods to upload your form template and start editing:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Search for the form you need from the catalog.
03
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the path to your file.
04
Upload a document from cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once you uploaded the document, it’s saved in the cloud and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Change a document’s page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Ask other users to fill out the fields and request an attachment. Add and edit visual content. Add fillable fields and send for signing.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Placing your signature image on the Internet is recommended when the image is larger than 10 KB or simply want to keep the messages as small as possible. Still, even then, you should aim for an image not larger than 25 KB.
The standard size of a logo depends on the platform you're uploading it to. For example, a YouTube profile photo is 800 pixels x 800 pixels, whereas a logo for a website or email signature usually has a maximum height of 100 pixels. Having easy-to-resize PNG and vector files will help you adapt your logo accordingly.

Logos for Print mug, the standard print size area is 8.5 inches x 3 inches.
LOGO SIZES: Logos placed on shirts or jackets in a left chest position should not exceed 3.75” x 3.75” in size. Most Logos are usually sized to fit within 3 to 3 1/2” wide.
The industry standard is about 650 pixels we'd even say that a signature should go a little thinner, at 600px, to make sure nothing gets lopped off the edge.
Choose Tools > Adjust Size. Enter new values for width and height, or choose a common size from the Fit into pop-up menu. To resize the image by a percentage, choose percent from the pop-up menu next to the Width and Height fields, and enter the percentage in those fields.
An image as your email signature You should never use just an image as your email signature for multiple reasons: Most email clients do not automatically download and display images. The recipient cannot copy your contact details. You will not be able to include multiple hyperlinks in the image.
