It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. Everything was easy to mange till I got to printing & I get an error message. I could not print from your Site. I used my computer system to print.printing

Price of a subscription. (Being forced to write 40 characters or more is absurd.) Also, the survey is too long and time consuming.

Would be helpful if png's were accepted and converted to pdf's.

Customer service is fantastic and the product is super easy to use and convenient. Will be renewing my subscription when I need to edit pdfs regularly in the future.

Amazing easy and reliable
Intuitive and logical to use. Makes my life 10x easier when sending documents. As a doctor I am constantly sending documents and anything to make this easier is worth it.
The time for loading and processing. A little cluttered and busy the interface. It would better if it were free.

Misunderstanding between monthly & annual plans
I had to call twice because I did not understand the difference between the monthly and annual plan. Each time I called the person I talked to helped me with my misunderstanding. .

I like that I can fax documents without having to have an actual fax number
