The product is excellent, but very expensive for an occasional user. I paid a lot of money just to download two documents. Surely it would not be difficult to categorise number of forms required, and a calculated price accordingly? I will probably not require another form for 12 months or more. Unfortunately, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Great app
Great app, and easy to use on the web and on the go..I would like to recommend adding merge pdf app as well. for deleting or moving pages, I recommend ability to delete/move more than 1 page at a time..thanks

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! tough start, but Sam saved the day!
SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! I will always ask for him in the future! perfect 10 for his effort and going out of his way to help really solve the issue and teach me how to handle it in the future!

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.
