I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. I really like working with the filler although there could be better control in the editing. I believe it could be more intuitive as to the fields which are potentially fillable and place the cursor within those lines automatically. It is fussy to try to line it all up.

Overall great value for the performance and features!
Great UI/UX, picks up all embedded objects from a multi-layer or flat PDF file. Reasonable subscription plan options and the signature/send to sign features are a game changer for a SaaS tool.

Accidental annual subscription
I had accidentally signed up for a 1-year subscription and PDFFiller were very very friendly and ended the contract for me after all and refunded my money straight away.... I think any other company would have left me out in the cold and kept my money, because it was obviously my mistake with the forgotten cancellation... really a big thank you and also for the fact that the support took care of it so quickly. I have never experienced anything like this before.Thanks a lot again
