This is my first experience with PDFiller.....so far, it is good. However, I do not like that there is not a contact # to speak to someone in customer support. .

It made a nice document. The only thing that is challenging is that you have to go line by line instead of having an option to change more than one line.

Works for everything
Overall I am a fan of the software. I know not everything is supposed to work 100% of the time and things will happen so that doesn't deter me from using the software or recommending it someone else.
I liked the ability to install and go, this software worked for getting documents in, filling them out, and getting them back out. I like the options and the ability to even save some data.
Sometimes it has crashed or felt a little clunky. I am unsure if it is saving the data but during the saving process it has crashed on me and that is something i wasn't as much a fan of.

This is a lifesaver
This program has made such a difference. We use it to edit our PDF documents online all the time. Great!
The learning curve was steep but we are now over it and everything is working fine. Just remember to save your docs frequently.

Misunderstanding between monthly & annual plans
I had to call twice because I did not understand the difference between the monthly and annual plan. Each time I called the person I talked to helped me with my misunderstanding. .

Easy to work with and fast responding time. I did not use it as much as I thought, and thought I had canceled it but apparently did not. They helped and refunded the money without question in a very quick time.

Very convenient!
Refilling forms is now a thing of the past for me, with this app I can make templates for reusable forms, it‘s also a convenience for my client as I can pull up forms in no time.
Erasing was quite a struggle when I was assisting my coworker, it took a while to figure that I only have to adjust the size.

Perfect for what I needed. The features are great but I wouldn't continue using it long term, because it's a bit pricey for something I won't use very often.

As with any business contract, a government contract will include a Statement of Work (SOW) that defines expectations for the execution of the work, along with delivery dates and other requirements. A good yardstick in preparing bids is that government agencies expect businesses to make about a 15 percent profit.
How do DoD contracts work?
Total DOD Contract Obligations occur when agencies enter into contracts, employ personnel, or otherwise commit to spending money. The federal government tracks money obligated on federal contracts through a database called the Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation (referred to as PDS).
