What do you like best?
As a beginner, I was surprised not only with the fact that PDFfiller was so much easier to learn and use than the Adobe Suite but also at the range of capabilities on offer! From my first use of this online program I found new pleasure in dealing with .pdf files. I now use the program Every Single Day to create, manipulate or convert files that used to sit waiting, sometimes for days at a time, to be done by the one or two people with access to more expensive and less user friendly programs. Now I have a new "can-do" attitude to the workings of .pdf files. I can't recommend this online tool enough and it's so affordable, you can buy a license to use at home. Great product, lots of advantages. You will not look back, you will not regret this purchase.
What do you dislike?
The user Interface could do with being a little less busy. A streamlined interface and a compact "how to..." would take a 9/10 to a 10. It just needs some tweaking and it's perfect!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion it is definitely worth spending the small amount to upgrade to the paid version!

Administration issues generally...adding text, file conversion and commenting on documents...are all problems that I had to either pay to have done elsewhere or ask for an expensive subscription that was never in my budget and wouldn't be approved if I had asked.

This is my first experience with an Online system. After overcoming initial issues. I now am very pleased, except you 15 limit on merge. Plus some limitations on writing MS Publisher files.

Have not been able to successfully append a document more than 5 pages. That process does not appear to be very user friendly to figure out. Would love some guidance on how to do specific things with this program now that I have purchased it for a year!

Easy to use and effective. PDF Filler has decreased the amount of redundant work for me.

What do you like best?
I love the fact that we can collect uploads AND money through filled PDFS
What do you dislike?
The entire site is very confusing and we have a hard time understanding where our active sheets are located within the site. We see things like "documents" and then we make a new template ... then lose which template is live and which one isn't. I also don't care for the fact that we cannot choose to have ZERO color in the field that the customer sees for filling in and I would love to be able to disable the "lock to grid" feature that is clearly on at all times.

I recommend reading through the site, reading through all the tutorials you can and getting very organized about what you are going to do before getting started.

We no longer have to deal with faxing our documents to customers to fill out, sign and fax back. We just tell them to go to our website . They are also so much more likely to complete the entire process including sending us pictures that we require and we no longer lose the pictures or get confused as to where everything is.

How do I claim my Tupi warranty?
Our Limited Warranty only applies to products that were purchased from an authorized TUPI store or dealer. If you no longer have your receipt, we may be able to use your tracer history in order to demonstrate your warranty coverage. Please visit Register Your Tupi to do so.
Does Tupi have lifetime warranty?
What is known at this time is that Tupi no longer offers a lifetime warranty. Most products come with a five-year warranty, the first year of which is worry free, meaning it will cover all repair costs, including shipping, even if the damage was caused by the airline.
What does Tupi warranty cover?
Tupi — Global 5-Year Warranty During this time Tupi will cover defects, damages, and wear and tear on the bag. If the bag is damaged beyond repair then Tupi will replace it. The only exemptions are cosmetic issues with the bag.
How long does Tupi luggage last?
For five (5) years after you purchase a TUPI product from one of our travel, business, or bag collections, or two (2) years for any wallet or accessory, from an authorized TUPI store or dealer, you will be covered by our Limited Warranty.
What luggage has a lifetime warranty?
Briggs & Riley It's arguably the best warranty in the travel gear business. They promise to repair all functional aspects of your Briggs & Riley bag for the life of your bag. Even damage by the airlines will be repaired free of charge (just pay for one-way shipping).
Will Tupi fix my bag?
You may take your TUPI product into a TUPI Authorized Full Price Store for repair. If the store is unable to repair the product in store, the store associate will proceed in creating an Online Repair Request form and send in your bag to TUPI's repair facility. Please note: “Shipping and Handling” fees may still apply.
How do I fix my Tupi luggage?
SUBMITTING A REPAIR REQUEST FORM IN STORE You may take your TUPI product into a TUPI Authorized Full Price Store for repair. The TUPI store will deem the repair to be first level, in which they would be able to repair the product in store at no cost.
