It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.

Great free software for editting PDFs. Unfortunately, I could not combine files, or extract pages so I had to go back to using adobe for my business

What do you like best?
The ease of deleting, adding and reorganizing worksheets in various units of study.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes when having to edit the same PDF to set it up to where there is only one student's report in a PDF at a time. It saved over the original document and I would have to reupload it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
None, just that it can be a huge time saver for a teacher being able to edit PDFs for the classroom.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The big one has been being able to send individual progress reports to students. Our gradebook system does not save them in separate PDFs, it saves them all in one so being able to use PDF to separate them and save them individually saves me time.

What do you write when you notarize a document?
Do you solemnly swear or affirm that you personally know this person as (name of person whose signature is to be notarized), and that he/she is the person named in the document to be notarized (so help you God)? Signature is to be notarized) and is the same person who is named in the document to be notarized.
What to write to notarize a document?
Your official names. State and county of residence. Property name and address. Duration of the residency.
What is notary wording?
Notary verbiage is a fancy way of saying Notary wording. Oaths and Affirmations might not contain any written proof of the transaction other than in the Notary journal. The Notary form where the Notary wording is documented or written is called a Notary Certificate.
Where does a notary sign on a document?
Make sure the document has a space for the notary to sign and place their seal. This is usually near the end of the document or near the place where you will sign. The seal and signature of the notary public serves as an authenticating mark.
Can you notarize a document without notarial wording?
You may notarize a document that does not have preprinted notarial wording as long as the signer tells you what type of notarization is needed. As nonattorneys, Notaries cannot decide the type of notarization to perform on a document because the choice can have important legal ramifications.
Can you use white-out in a notary journal?
The use of white-out and other products designed to cover up text is often viewed as tampering. Therefore, the receiving agent may reject any notarized documents containing it. If a notary public makes a mistake (it's bound to happen at some point), he or she should use a blank document in its place.
How do you correct a mistake on a notarized document?
In California, Notaries are not allowed to correct certificates after the signer has left their presence. The only way to fix a mistake is for the Notary and signer to meet again to complete a new certificate.
What do I do with my old notary journal?
No. You must keep all your journals in a secure place until your commission expires without obtaining reappointment, you resign or have your commission revoked. At that point, you must turn in all your journals to the county clerk's office in the county in which your current oath of office is on file.
