What do you like best?
I like the erase tool the best. I find PDF Filler to be much easier to use than Adobe.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I would change about PDF filler (or maybe I just haven't figured it out yet) - it doesn't seem to correct the leveling of the sheet if it was scanned in a little crooked.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDF filler is making my job a lot easier with forms that I use constantly but that are in PDF format and not Word. No one can read my handwriting, so this tool makes everything I do look legible and professional.

Excellent program, way easier then DocuSign Super easy to use and if you need tech support they are there for you. Its very easy to use and very informative. A couple of clicks and you are done. Tech support is great as well! It would be nice to get an email when the client opens the contract I send, rather then always having to check

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Signature witnessing means a notarial act in which an individual: (a) appears in person before a notary and presents a document; (b) provides the notary satisfactory evidence of the individual's identity, or is personally known to.
Not all signatures to documents need to be witnessed. ... Generally, the person you choose to witness a document should have no financial or other interest in an agreement. A neutral third party is the best choice. A neutral third party is someone not related to either party and who does not benefit from the document.
If you hire a lawyer or a notary public (under the Society of Notaries) to draft your Agreement, the lawyer or notary public can also witness your (the adult's) signature. The law says that if a legal professional is your witness, only one witness is required.
A witness should not be the signatory's spouse or partner or a family member, and should not have a personal interest in the provisions of the document. Case law has confirmed that a party to the document cannot act as a witness to another party's signature. It is advisable that a witness is aged eighteen or over.
Legislation does not prohibit a signatory's spouse, cohabited or civil partner from acting as a witness, and it is also generally acceptable for an employee of a party to witness that party's signature.
Not every document requires a witness. However, there are specific legal forms (such as a Will) that have particular signing requirements regarding the number of witnesses you must have. Whether you need one will depend on the document and your jurisdiction.
As a Notary Signing Agent, regardless of where you hold your commission, you could be presented with a deed, mortgage or deed of trust for notarization that requires a witness (or witnesses). But in your state, signature witnesses may not be required.
Notaries must complete a notarial certificate for the signature witnessing. Notaries must sign the notarial certificate for the signature witnessing with their official signature and authenticate it with their Notary seal (in most states). Notaries may be required to record a journal entry for the act.
The answer depends on the notarial act being performed. If the principal signer signed a document and requires acknowledgment wording, the signer does not have to sign in front of you. The signer can, for example, sign at home in the presence of witnesses, then bring the document to you to have the signature notarized.
In fact, the law prohibits a notary from notarizing a signature if the signer is not present. Violating the personal presence requirement may result in a monetary loss for the victim, leading to a lawsuit against the notary or a claim against the notary's bond.
