I am just learning about this program. So far it is easy and appears secure. I have initially been using the redaction/ blackout feature for several PDF files that I am sending to a client and it has been very effective. I am impressed with the "save" feature in that it allows you to save the edited file in a different format, I.e. Word.

What do you like best?
OMG! I can’t said enough about it. I have use it so many times, why to overpaid for Adobe acrobat or similar when you can have this? I recommend it to everyone who needs to edit, rearrange and send PDFs.

I don’t really dislike anything, maybe I would like the notarize option to let you do multiple signatures/ persons in the same document

What does retailer voucher authorization mean?
A manual voucher is a small form that resembles a check completed by the Cashier and the DEBT Cardholder, and authorized by calling the Retailer Help Desk for your state at the time of the transaction. The manual vouchers must then be cleared within 15 days of the transaction in order for Retailers to be reimbursed.
Can food stamps be refunded?
Yes, you may return or refund an item bought with a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Electronic Benefit Transfer (DEBT) card, so long as store policy allows it. Cash refunds are not allowed for food items purchased with SNAP benefits under any circumstances.
Does tax refund affect food stamps?
Food Stamps and Taxable Income The IRS says if you receive SNAP benefits, they do not count as taxable income. Receiving food stamps won't affect your return, increase your tax bill or reduce your refund.
Can you refund food?
If it is clearly defective, yes. If you just didn't like it, it's up to the store manager -- usually they'll offer to replace it with something else, rather than automatically offer a refund. Most likely they will just make you a new one. Most places won't give you a refund, but they'll gladly give you a replacement.

How do I dispute a transaction on DEBT?
Instruct the recipient to call the DEBT Customer Service at (877) 328-9677 and file a cash dispute claim with the Customer Service Representative, if not already completed by the recipient. a.
What does invalid FNS status mean?
Invalid FNS Status. The DEBT system is unable to process transactions using the current FNS number. Retailer calls the local FNS office to verify that the FNS number is active. If the FNS number is verified as being active, call the Retailer Helpline with the error code.
Why does my DEBT card say invalid?
The two primary things that would make an DEBT card invalid (what I would define as 'unusable') are no longer being eligible for the benefits the card is provided for, and if you were to report the card lost or stolen.
