Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. it has been easy to navigate.. but the price is still abit steep. I am student and I am using this one time for my paperwork. Hopefully you can have student packages.

So far it is good. Convenient for forms that require signatures. No more printing, signing, scanning and converting to pdf a gain before mailing back.

So far, so good. I love the fact that, before I paid--my documents were always saved and not lost. So that later, when I was ready to pay, I didn't have to start over. That was awesome.

simply the best online PDF document handling online. I have had zero problems with this program and will continue to use it over the other available options online.

Could be worse!
Cheap, handy, available on all my devices. Billing department works very fast and efficient.
Glitches and crashes while I am doing offline editing.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to create forms from both pdfs and word documents. But the link to fill feature is my favorite. It allows persons to complete a form by simply sharing a link.
What do you dislike?
The sign now feature needs to be better developed. I need the ability for one person to complete a form and then get it signed by others before being returned to me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to cut down on printing cost, and have been able to reduce turnover time for gathering information.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
