i love the user experience but it is a little difficult to tell where the writing will show up on the lines once I save to PDF and send to clients. also, if the lines are close together it is hard to tell if your letters will get cut off. but overall its a great product going to try to use online and see how that works.

It then must accept or deny your claim within 15 days of receiving all necessary documentation. In some cases, insurers are allowed an additional 45 days to make a decision, but they must inform the policyholder of this in writing. An insurer has five days to issue payment once it has agreed to pay your claim.
In some states, the law gives 10 to 30 days for insurers to accept the claim receipt and 40 days to decide whether they will accept or deny the claim. There is no exact payout time frame when it comes to homeowners insurance claims since there's no federal law that regulates this.
It is standard to receive your first contact with the insurance adjuster within one to three days of filing the claim. If an adjuster needs to look at the damage, it can take a couple more days. Using an insurance carrier approved body shop can speed up the process.

Can I keep the check and not fix my car? ... There is still a lien on the car. Answer: In general, when you make a claim against your own auto insurance policy, you can choose to “cash out” and receive money as compensation (minus your deductible amount) instead of having your insurer pay a body shop to fix your vehicle.
In cases where attorneys receive the settlement funds from the insurance company quickly and don't have to pay out much to other agencies or individuals, it can take as little as 1-2 weeks for an injured person to receive their portion of the funds.
After all, you've paid for your car insurance coverage and the insurer owes you the cash. However, the company may write you a check and tell you to “share the money.” Who receives the claim-payment check often depends on who caused the accident.
