Meet TAG eligibility requirements. As a California Community College applicant, you are eligible for TAG if you: Complete 30 semester or 45 quarter UC transferable units (including AP/IB/A-level) by the end of the summer 2019 term for fall 2020 admission.

Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) is a program that offers students from a community college guaranteed admission to several colleges and universities. The writing of a TAG contract enables qualified students to be guaranteed admissions one year prior to transfer.
By participating in a TAG program, students can ensure their admission to a specific UC campus. Also, some campuses may offer an early review of a student's academic record and specific guidance on major preparation and general education coursework.
TAG, for the uninitiated, means Transfer Admission Guarantee and yes, it means exactly what it says guaranteed admission to one of six UCS: Davis, Irvine, Merced, Riverside, Santa Barbara or Santa Cruz. (UC Berkeley, UCLA and San Diego do not offer TAG.)
Guaranteed Admissions-Many public universities offer automatic admissions to students who meet certain academic and/or test scores requirements. Students must still apply but get admissions offers earlier than other students. Some guarantee admissions to schools in local service areas or at certain sets of colleges.
No. You can only submit a TAG application to one of the six participating UC campuses. However, you can apply for admission to as many UC campuses as you wish.
