I am glad to have this filler. At my school we are trying to go paperless. It is expensive. Sometimes hard to maneuver and cumbersome to use. Once I get the hang of it and use it more often I am sure I will become more adept at using the filler.

What do you like best?
Its user friendly and efficient! It makes all of contracts much easier to implement. It saves all of your information online so doesn't use your memory.
What do you dislike?
Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Even where you will be installing the fence within your own property makes a difference. A privacy fence in your backyard will often not require a permit unless it is to be over 6 feet tall, while the cut-off for the same type of fence in your front yard is just 3.5 feet.
OBTAIN A BUILDING PERMIT. If you build a fence without a permit, chances are you'll get caught. Most municipalities enforce zoning laws that regulate fence height, materials used and even the style of fence if you live in a historic district. You can apply for a fence permit at your local building and planning office.
Fences of any type exceeding 6 feet in height or masonry fences of any height will require a building permit. If the fence is less than 6 feet in height and is nonmasonry, you are not required to have a building permit, but you are still required to follow the county's planning regulations concerning fences.
Permits are a source of revenue. Often municipalities don't even inspect the work, they just want the revenue from the permit. That said, if you do get caught doing work without a permit that requires a permit, you'll likely get fined, in addition to having to pull a permit and having the work inspected.
Even building a shed (usually over 180 to 200 square feet) without a permit is a crime in some jurisdictions. The state or municipal entity may tag it as 'illegal to occupy. ' Some jurisdictions will require it be torn down.
Accessory Structures (Non-Dwelling) Such structures shall not have a floor area that exceeds 120 square feet and the height above grade shall not exceed 12 feet. No more than one structure may be allowed under this exemption unless separated from another permit exempt structure by more than 50 feet.
A different scenario is that fences in the back of the home over 6 feet tall require a permit, and fences in front of 3.5 feet do require permits. Fence materials also can make or break a permit. In cities, it is difficult, if not impossible, to obtain permits for barbed wire or electric fences no matter the height.
Homeowners Could Be Fined Performing work on your home without the necessary building permits can put you in direct violation of city codes and regulations. As such, you could wind up facing penalty charges for failing to obtain the permits needed to lawfully perform the work.
