Business Consultant This is great to be able to complete a form while out of the office as well as to keep the office green. The only drawback is that sometimes the area that you "filling" does not line up. Not really that big of deal though.

Its ok. It would have been nice to know that you would request credit card info before being able to save or print your document. Thats bad faith and almost akin to blackmail, considering a Govt agency has you approved as a trustworthy company to handle sensitive information.

Click the Create New Initials item to add new initials or select one of available initials to place initials in the document. Make sure that the security settings allow form filling. (See File > Properties > Security.) If you can't type in the form fields, then the fields are probably not interactive.
