Great and simple pdf editor Easily edit, share and secure pdf documents. This is a basic pdf editor that does everything I need. You can edit by adding text, making notes, make tables, add a signature area, etc. It is also very secure and easy to share and collaborate. Even the free version is awesome. It's not the fanciest, smoothest software but it gets the job done. I would like to see the interface beautified a bit.

They can be tough to insert or remove. You may find that you're not getting the right fold when you put in your menstrual cup. Or you may have a hard time pinching the base to pull the cup down and out.
Once the stem is about half an inch from the opening of your vagina, rotate the cup, so it can open all the way up and lock into place. You might also want to experiment with different folding methods until you find one that's right for you.
If the menstrual cup has been inserted correctly, you might hear a pop or a suction sound which means that the cup has folded out completely and created the necessary suction seal. If you're in doubt, reach in and feel around the base of the cup it should feel round or oval and not have any noticeable folds.
If you're a first-time menstrual cup user, it's definitely different from taking out a tampon, so you might think it's stuck when it's actually not, according to Indiana. And, remember, there isn't anywhere for it to go, so you can get it out. “Your cup might have moved up too high for you to get a good grip on.
If your cup is falling out or moving up, it means that it has not created a seal to your vaginal walls, and it is just resting in your vagina. How high or low your cup is positioned depends on the location of your cervix during menstruation it can go high or descend low in your vagina.
Many people can't feel their cups at all once they're inserted, Dr. Collins says, and it shouldn't be painful when you insert it, either (though it might take more practice to use than a tampon or pad).
Do menstrual cups hurt or feel uncomfortable? Many people can't feel their cups at all once they're inserted, Dr. Collins says, and it shouldn't be painful when you insert it, either (though it might take more practice to use than a tampon or pad).
What causes pain when using a menstrual cup? If you're wearing a cup that is too big or long for your body, it could be sitting too high up in the vagina or pressing hard on the vaginal walls or cervix, causing pain and discomfort (including cramps).
