It's really convenient, I've been using it to fill out paper applications since I don't like filling them out since I have dysgraphia. I have some slight issues though, like I had one application where the check box would automatically do a cross and if I want to do a checkmark I have to drag it, which I also have issues with it aligning correctly. alignment isn't too bad, but it's slightly off. Otherwise I love using this site. :D

Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.

I love this engine because I can graduate the size of letters, be able to type anywhere on the pages and save every minute all forms in secure.

I don’t have any inconvenience with this software.

Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links.
