Just started using the program today. Easy so far. A little problem with the aligment of fields. It would have been great to use the "tab" key to toggle between fields.

Using iPhone to complete apps and send out for signature.. Had some glitches.. Wasn't able to select or choose (full access or sign only option for recipients. The screen shut down too quickly each time and 'disappeared before I could actually select.

Ease of use. I was able to tab over to next box throughout the form. There was no need for the prompt, and I. was unable to disable it. Otherwise, it was quick and easy.

Excellent tool, very useful and easy to use
In my work we use a lot of PDF for contact with the client and the truth is that it is useful to have such a tool to make it quick and easy; It's something less to think about.
The best thing about this tool is that it solves a basic problem with the PDFs we receive: editing them. It is also very easy to use, saves a lot of time and has the possibility of adding a digital signature to each document.
Some form formats are more complex to edit and the tool gets confused, but it happens with all other tools.

Where do I put my notary stamp?
The notary public must affix his or her notary seal near his or her notary signature within the borders of the notarial certificate.
How do you notarize a document?
Step 1: Personal appearance is required. Under California law, every signer must personally appear before you at the time of the notarization. Step 2: Check over the document before notarizing. Step 3: Carefully identify the signer. Step 4: Complete your journal entry. Step 5: Fill in the notarial certificate.
Does a notary have to know what they are notarizing?
California does not allow Notaries to rely on personal knowledge to identify signers. Instead, California Notaries must rely either on one of the forms of signer ID permitted by state law, or credible identifying witnesses if the signer lacks other forms of acceptable identification.
Why do documents need to be notarized?
Documents are notarized to deter fraud and to ensure proper execution. It is the responsibility of the notary public to ensure that the signers have appeared before them and have produced proper identification. The Notary Public officiates at the signing and insures that the documents are signed correctly.
Can a notary use a rubber stamp?
California law does not allow you to use a signature stamp. Every time you complete a notarial certificate, you must sign it in your own hand (GC 8205[a][2] through [4]). Related Articles: Can I Notarize For A Signer Who Wants To Use A Signature Stamp?
Does a notary need to stamp?
All 50 states require public notaries to place their respective stamp on documents as a means to finalize and authenticate the service. Without this stamp, the document is not legally notarized. Placing the notary stamp over the signature may void the document, negating the notary's work.
How do I verify a notary?
Contact Secretary of State You can visit the Secretary of State's office in person or telephone the agency to obtain information regarding the status, authorization and certification of a particular notary public.
Can a notary use a rubber stamp as a substitute for his her signature in CT?
The notary cannot use a signature stamp in place of his/her signature, and no other person can sign on behalf of the notary. Connecticut state law does not require that notaries obtain and use a seal or rubber stamp.
