Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. Easy to use. No need to have other software to fill-in your PDFs (contracts, flyers, etc.). This can be used online on any computer. You can even have docs e-signed. There's also a free trial.
I do not have anything bad to say about it. It was easy to use. I will continue to use and refer people to it.

Works with all types of devices, so I can prepare a document for signature quick and right where I am. Pricing is very fair.
It is sometimes a little slow and there is a bit of a learning curve but once those are overcome, it is practically flawless.

Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.
