Good overall experience
pdfFiller does have a robust feature set for all document needs and the user interface was pleasant to use and mostly intuitive.
I believe that a market for single users is far less likely since a normal user would not require most of the features that pdfFiller has to offer and they would probably not use the paid version.
I would give 5-stars but you have to sign up in order to download your PDFS/Docs, i would recommend that you allow at least 2 Docs to be edited and downloaded before requiring sign-up.

Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.

Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.

What happens if rental agreement is not renewed in India?
If lease agreement is not renewed then the tenant has to legally leave the property where he/she was occupying. Lease agreement renewal in India, mutually depends upon both the parties, if the landlord and tenant both agree to continue the agreement further.
Who keeps the original rent receipt template?
If a tenant pays the rent in person, a rent receipt is typically written up and signed by the landlord and tenant, with both parties keeping a copy for their records. Rent receipts can also be sent to a tenant after the rent payment is received in the mail or when the monthly rent is paid online.
Who makes the rental agreement in India?
The owner must register rent agreement to make sure he/she can use it as evidence in their defence in case the tenant defaults the rent in any way. Once the agreement is registered, it can be used effectively in the court of law.
What happens if no rental agreement was signed in India?
The landlord can increase the rent anytime without the rental agreement ing to Rent Control Act 1948. You cannot claim HRA without any rental agreement. You can move to another house and vacate the rented house anytime if you haven't signed the rental agreement.
