It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

Can be a simple way to fill out documents.
I can fill out a document pretty fast. Its functions are easy to understand. Overall it is easy and anyone can use it even if they are not tech savvy.
I don't like how I can't control the fonts and the font size. It automatically selects the font size and sometimes it can not be changed.

Great Experience and Efficient PDF's
I only needed to use it for a few items I needed to update. The experience was easy and great. I enjoyed using it for what I needed in the moment. The NC OTP was a perfect match and was all that we needed to get the buyer and seller on the same page. Although it wasn't used by the attorneys it could have easily been used since it was identical to the one they used.

What do you like best?
How easy it is to use! Uploading files right out of my Gmail?! Yes, please. Easily downloaded to just about any location that I want. I'll take that too. Add and edit just about any document. I'm all in.
What do you dislike?
Editing sections to look exactly like the scanned portion can be difficult and sometimes not possible.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I mainly use this for signing and sending documents.

How can a homeowner get a permit?

Can a homeowner pull permits?
Homeowners may only pull permits themselves if they are performing the work alone or with friends and relatives who are unpaid. For other projects, paying a contractor to pull a permit can save time and money.
Can a homeowner pull a plumbing permit?
Only a licensed professional, or in some cases the homeowner, can pull a plumbing permit. Pulling the proper plumbing permit protects the homeowner or commercial property owner against substandard work, and creates a public record that the plumbing services were completed to local code requirements and inspected.
Who is responsible for pulling permits?
The property owner or a contractor licensed by the State of California can obtain permits. Tenants may obtain a permit if they have the written permission of the property owner and the property owner signs the permit documents. It is always best if a licensed contractor obtains the permit.
