On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.
