What do you like best?
This app has been immensely useful. There have been times when I am not at my desk and needed to fill out some forms and this app allowed to me to do so right on my phone. This is life saving productivity.

The only thing I disliked was the many screen you need to go through to finally start using it. Other than that, the app is great.

Very helpful tool, and easily accessible on the go!
Great tool and helpful to keep business going while traveling or on the go.
Simple, easy to use format. I could access it while on the go and get work done without having to log into my laptop.
When trying to "save as", it takes a few more steps than I'd like it to.

Easy And Fast PDF Form Filling Software!
Works with all types of devices, so I can prepare a document for signature quick and right where I am. Pricing is very fair.
It is sometimes a little slow and there is a bit of a learning curve but once those are overcome, it is practically flawless.

A great Program
Its a good program, but it takes a few minutes to get use to the actual text placement for your fill in. I did not try the signature feature. I will continue to use this program. I'll use it more often as I get use to it.

Is house wrap required by code?
When using a house wrap as a weather-resistant barrier (WEB), it must meet the 2018 International Building Codes (IBC 1402.2) requirements of a WEB for water-resistance and vapor permeability. It must also meet the 2018 International Residential Code (IRC) for water resistance (IRC R703. 1.1).
Is house wrap necessary?
House wrap is a moisture barrier, but it is not 100% waterproof. If it is directly exposed to water for too long, that water can get through. Since it is underneath the exterior siding of a home, being completely waterproof is not required.
Do house wraps really work?
House wrap functions as a weather-resistant barrier, preventing rain from getting into the wall assembly while allowing water vapor to pass to the exterior. House wrap may also serve as an air barrier if it is sealed carefully at seams.
Do you have to replace house wrap when replacing siding?
There is no problem with applying a new layer of house wrap over the old. In fact, it's recommended. Aside from the likelihood that there have been advances in the house wrap membrane itself over the last 23 years, you can't be sure how long the existing house wrap was left exposed to the sun before siding was installed.
Is Type required?
Without a type it's coming in your house. Type is like skin for your house. It will allow air, and moisture, to pass outside but not enter inside. It allows your house to perspire.
Do you have to put house wrap under vinyl siding?
There is no logical reason not to have house wrap under vinyl siding, and many authorities strongly agree that it should be viewed as mandatory, even if your local building codes don't necessarily require it. Vinyl siding is one of, if not the most popular exterior cladding for residential homes.
What can I use instead of Type?
Tar paper is a thick, heavy paper impregnated with tar. As long as it is not exposed to sun or wind, it does not deteriorate easily. As alternatives to Type, heavier tar paper can be used for roofing and lighter tar paper as a house wrap.
Is tar paper better than Type?
In general, non-perforated house wraps (Type, Amoral, and R-Wrap) are considerably more permeable to water vapor, ranging from 48 to 60 perms, than perforated house wraps. All sheathing wraps, including asphalt felt paper, will effectively shed water on vertical surfaces.
