i thought it was a free program but I needed to pay for it when I tried to print the document, it required payment. I did so, but then complained to the company and they fully refunded my money

What do you like best?

Ways to add values in a spreadsheet. One quick and easy way to add values in Excel is to use AutoSum. Just select an empty cell directly below a column of data. Then on the Formula tab, click AutoSum > Sum.
Import Macro Code Into Another Spreadsheet. Click the “Developer” tab and then click the “Macros” button. Excel displays the Macro dialog window that contains a list of the spreadsheet's macros. Click on the macro you want to import into another spreadsheet, and then click “Edit” to open the Visual Basic Editor.
Open the workbook that has the macro you want to copy. Press the “Alt” and “F11” keys together to access the VBE. Click on the name of the macro you want to copy in the left-hand column. ... Click on the “Edit” tab and then click on “Select All.” Click on “Ctrl” and “C” to copy the macro to the Office Clipboard.
Sharing macros You can start the Visual Basic Editor in Excel by pressing ALT+F11. If you have received a spreadsheet or workbook file that contains the macros you wish to use, simply open the file in Excel. It will then be available to use from Developer > Macros. Simply select the workbook in the Macros in section of the screen, choose the macro, then select Run.

Right-click a row heading. A drop-down menu will appear. There are two options to add a row. Select Insert 1 above to add a row above the current row, or select Insert 1 below to add a column below the current row. The new row will be inserted into the spreadsheet.
