Excellent program! This service has brought back the professional ability to complete online forms in a typewritten format, as opposed to handwriting. A physician's handwriting is sometimes difficult to read, but with PDF filler, I am able to type the forms, print and have the physician sign where needed.

So far, it has provided me easy to create forms from preexisting medical history / investigational files. No longer need to crack your head redoing new form from the original pdf. And patients seem to love getting involved in the whole procedure. Managed to save tonnes of A4 pape

I dislike that you sometimes it freezes and doesn't allow you to upload quickly.

I have not had many problems . I enjoy I can easily stamp a signature on forms and send them out quickly.

New to this site...just begun 30 trial
New to this site...just begun 30 trial. So far so good. Getting used to it but already I like much better than Adobe.

Overall, this product is good and I would recommend it to a friend. Like it over Adobe.
When I played around with the trial, I liked how you had many options and the program layout was nice. Love the ease of use when trying to alter a pdf.
I wish I had a longer trial period and sometimes I could not save a file causing me to save over the original file.

How do I get a replacement license plate sticker in Wisconsin?
Each year the DMV gets 29,000 calls and 18,000 email requests to replace the stickers. Now customers can just go to wisconsindmv.gov/sticker and a replacement will be mailed the next business day.
What do I do if I lost my registration sticker?
If the year sticker for your currently registered vehicle has been lost, stolen, mutilated, or is illegible, you must request a replacement sticker and pay a substitute fee. Submit a completed REG 156 and the fee to the address on the form or your local DMV office.
Where do stickers go on Wisconsin plates?
Stickers: Must be affixed to the REAR license plate, right side up. May not cover any letters, numbers or other registration information.
