PDF filler is a good program that allows easy filling of PDF documents. I appreciated it more before I tried to use the option to share documents with other people. I'm not sure what the original intent was for this product, so I do not wish to sound judgmental. As far as filling out the documents and downloading them or printing them is wonderful. When I started trying to share the documents with others to fill out and have them sign them, it became quite a bit more limited. Since that may not have been its original intent, I remain compassionate towards the limitations it has.

It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. As with many other computer related things we need to keep trying. I am not used to doing things a certain way which may work wonderfully for others and they can't understand my way.

On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. You're customer service is AWESOME. Thank you for not only addressing my issue quickly and efficiently but for going above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience to me.

I love this tool it has made my life so much easier and it has helped my court documents look so much more professional. It looks like a retained an attorney but I've done everything on my own from the convenience of my laptop.

Actually, I just came across this with a standard google search. I was using Adobe Illustrator and it was overkill and took ages to load every time I just wanted to update a PDF file. This has been awesome and so easy and quick to use! The 'Signature' option was a bonus as well!

Why won't my H&R Block software install?
You might not have the necessary permissions to update the H&R Block Tax Software if you're using a workplace computer or laptop. Recent Windows updates that haven't been completely installed can cause installation problems. Restart your computer and try installing again, especially if you've just updated Windows.
How do I install H&R Block software?
Open the purchase confirmation email and click the Download Program link to start the H&R Block download. Close all open applications. Open the downloaded file. Follow the instructions in the installation wizard to complete the installation.
