The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

etter than expected! I us I nearly every day. It saves time and hassle,and it makes PDFS easy to customize. I love it! I go this software to fill out forms, but it does SO much more than that! I can take educational PDFS, and change items to apply to my young students. Even the younger teachers in my group will send me a PDF, and ask me to "Do your magic" on it. My "magic" is PDF filler! Wow....there isn't much I would change. It really works so very well. I might want to see a few more fonts available.

Excellent Saves me from taking up so much of my memory on the office computers. Easy access and you can edit your documents anytime. It is very handy and you can save your work plus be able to edit your documents at a later time.... need to be able to tab from filler boxes and be able to automatically type in the boxes without having to add text boxes

Write the intro. Give context to the project, identify owners of the project, and clearly document the task or job at hand. Describe how to do the job. Validate information. Format for easy reading. Simplify and rewrite, if necessary. Test it out. Save and share.
Know exactly how to perform the task. Plan how to write steps in the correct order. Write the steps in logical order. Start each instruction with a verb. Write each step as a single action. Include warnings as presses. Review and edit instructions carefully.
Write actions out in the order in which they happen. Avoid too many words. Use the active voice. Use lists and bullets. Don't be too brief, or you may give up clarity. Explain your assumptions, and make sure your assumptions are valid. Use jargon and slang carefully.

Create user-oriented instructions. Focus on what matters. Choose easily understandable, accessible vocabulary. Choose pictures over abstract text. Write action-oriented instructions. Provide a more accessible experience. Integrate your instructions into your training process. Implement a continuous improvement process.
Divide the task into baby steps. Each step should have a single action, not several. Start each step with an action word. Follow a logical progression. Choose your words carefully. Use positive actions. Write in second person. Include alternatives. Use graphics where helpful.
