I like the improvements to the program & the variety of options. I would like to see the "circle" option with a little more flexibility - right now it is very thick & not practical. I also could not adjust the position of text boxes that were misaligned without deleting and recreating them.

Liking it so far. But when I'm using the eraser, line, or other tool, it automatically changes back to text add mode after saving the change I've made rather than staying with the eraser, line drawer, etc. If you did it this way b/c more users keep erasing, adding lines, highlights, etc when they intend to make only one change and start typing then nevermind. I would rather it stay with the eraser, highlighter, etc. and I'll switch back to adding text when I'm ready to do so. Hope that helps.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. So convenient and easy
I absolutely love how easy it is to pull a document and fill in information or sign and send back out. This is super simple for the constant paperwork I must complete.
It is difficult sometimes to get the size and format of wording to fit correctly.

Confusing to learn and there is a lot to learn. There is no simple way to learn that I can see . I contacted support but it is only a way to answer one question at a time . While I might recommend it to someone , it would be with caution about how complicated it is

PDFfiller do all the document from now on instead of MS.
1). 541 31ST St. Oakland, Ca. 94609-3203/Rental Property: so far tenants owe 4 mos. rent $8,056.00 2). The Alameda County superior court Case: Chung VS. Smith; 3). It's court request to use PDFfiller to do the Pleading, Ex-Parte and Declaration. 4). due to this instruction brought me to PDFfiller and learn how to do the legal document. 5)..
