Works well. Had some issues with conversion time at first, seems to work well. Also had a few issues where the recipient of a PDFfiller email document, could not open the document. Just got the PDFfiler installed and it was easy to work and save. So far have a problem with printing or faxing the document to court. I have not learned all the works to the program yet, I'm sure that the reason.

I super recommend it!
Editing PDFs when you don't have the source document's has never been easier. You can erase what's written and replace it.
What I like the least is that this software is a little bit slow sometimes. But overall, I recommend it.

IRS changed the 1099 misc form
IRS changed the 1099 misc form, so I had to find an alternative access to the 1099 misc form that showed non employee compensation. The 1099 NEC form was the form I needed. A new bokkeeper will handlethis from now on. Thank you

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to Alice from support

I love this software and use it frequently.
Has a free trial, has many tools, easy to use and has template searching capabilities.
If you have the basic plan, customer support could take 24 hours to get to you. If you have the premium plan, customer support answers immediately.

It is good but follwoing features may make it much better1. Paragraph eraser would be a great value - right now eraser keeps the gaps between top and below lines. 2. Mass repalcement would be good - search a word or sentence and can replace entire document with new word or text.
