So far so good! Can't figure out a way to fill in dates properly though without dragging text in - or change the check box from cross to tick. Overall though saving a lot of time!

What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.

We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

I had the wrong EIN number on a…
I had the wrong EIN number on a 1099-misc.and it kept rejecting it until I got it corrected which made me frustrated until I saw it was an error in the EIN given to me and then I was glad that I used the service to correct the error.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

What is a difference between system log and debug log?
debug log contains all the debug statements and program execution related to the user for which the debug is granted. System log contains all the system related information, anonymous apex execution.
What does upload debug logs mean?
Debug logs are system-generated logs that are sent to your Dashboard along with every new conversation. You can add additional debugging statements to your code, and see exactly what the user was doing right before they reported the issue.
