Integrate Photo Format: simplify online document editing with pdfFiller

The PDF is a widely used file format used for business documents because you can access them from any device. You can open it on any computer or smartphone running any OS — it will appear exactly the same.

The next point is data protection: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so they're safe for sharing data from person to person. In addition to password protection, some platforms grant access to an opening history to track down those who read or completed the document before.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that lets you create, edit, sign, and send PDF using just one browser window. Convert MS Word file or a Google Sheet and start editing its appearance and add some fillable fields to make a document singable. Work with the completed document yourself or share it with others by any convenient way — you'll get notified when someone opens and completes it.

Use editing features such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Collaborate with other people to complete the fields and request an attachment. Add and edit visual content. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing.

Follow these steps to edit your document:

01
Browse for your document through the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
Click the Tools tab to use editing features such as text erasing, annotation, highlighting, etc.
03
Add input fields if you need any: pdfFiller supports text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists etc.
04
When you've finished editing, click the 'Done' button and email, print or save your document.

It is very easy to use although there are somethings I don't understand what they are for. Other than that this is the easiest most convenient way to submit forms without the other party having to try to read your own writing.
