It works and I'll keep using it!
It's been a good experience. I have used it several times and it gets the job done.
I get PDFs sent to me from time to time and it can't get much simpler than using the PDFfiller. It works great.

Easiest way to send contracts
We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier.
Ease of use to send out contracts for electronic filling and filing
Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business

The yearly membership cost is nominal when compared to the ease of use in filling out forms.

This is a true time saver!!!
This is a true time saver!!!! Not real user friendly BUT if you stay with it you'll reach your goal of a completed form. After that, print off and take to or send to the Court. If you need to modify later you simply go back to your account and documents saved and make the changes.

I like that all certificates on Insurance are in the same place, easy to find and I like the ability to duplicate certs

How do I stop settlers from taking weapons?
Don't put weapons and ammo in the workbench. Build a container for them and keep them separate. They shouldn't take things out of containers that you own, and they also won't pick up a weapon that they don't have ammo for.

Locked containers only keep players out, not NPC's. Raiders, and settlers can take stuff out of locked containers, and I've seen them do it. You can even exploit it by telling dog meat to grab the Creator out of vault 111, and he will go right through a Master Lock and even grab ammunition for it!
Will settlers pick up weapons?
Both companions and settlers will arm themselves with nearby weapons that are better than their own. If someone near them dies with a better weapon, they will pick it up and use it. ... Settlers and NPCs have infinite ammo as long as they have at least 1 bullet for their weapon.
