I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. prepare your base document, and save. then save as onto your computer desktop, and rename once downloaded onto your computer desktop. reuse the base document over and over for different clients.... works great and gave me the exact form i was looking for.

Very easy to use. Have saved me so much time.
Saves time by not having to re-type documents and I can just add in names on pre-typed forms. It has been instrumental for changing contracts and names on documents
I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

Very easy to use!!
Walks you through as you are filling out. Very helpful for first time user. Easy to go back to make corrections. I work in the dental field and our software does not convert to medical, so this software made it easy for me to use.

I had a little trouble completing the form correctly but it was my fault. I went back and made corrections easily and all seems fine.
