Interactive Signature Format: edit PDFs from anywhere

The PDF is a common document format used in business, thanks to its accessibility. You can open them on from any device, and they will be readable identically. PDF files will always appear the same, whether you open it on an Apple computer, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

The next reason is data protection: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's risk-free to share any sensitive data in them from person to person. That’s why it’s essential to get a secure editing tool, especially when working online. In addition to password protection, some platforms give you access to an opening history to track down those who read or filled out the document.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, modify, sign, and send PDFs using one browser window. Convert MS Word file or a Google Sheet, start editing its appearance and create fillable fields to make a document signable. Forward it to others by fax, email or via sharing link, and get notified when someone opens and fills it out.

Use powerful editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add and edit visual content. Change a page order. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Ask other people to complete the document and request an attachment. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

Follow these steps to edit your document:

1
Browse for your document with the pdfFiller's uploader.
2
Proceed to editing features by clicking the Tools tab. Now you can change the document's content or add a new one.
3
Insert additional fields to fill in specific data and put an e-signature.
4
When you've finished editing, click the 'Done' button and email, print or save your document.

honestly was harder to understand the first time, but I came back a few weeks later and in just that time it had become much more intuitive and to me seems to flow perfectly!
