Nice applications, sometimes doesn't move real smoothe from one blank to the next if you do not need to fill in for that one it seems to get stuck and has a lag, but over all, nice program.

Obviously, the sales portion of the Web site needs clarifying, but customer support could not have been more generous and quick in solving my misunderstanding. Wish all companies did as fine a job.

i love the user experience but it is a little difficult to tell where the writing will show up on the lines once I save to PDF and send to clients. also, if the lines are close together it is hard to tell if your letters will get cut off. but overall its a great product going to try to use online and see how that works.

Great PDF
Very easy to use! Updating documents quickly is really helpful and saves me time in my practice. It's great to have the app in case I am not in my office when a change is needed.
There are a few glitches. For example, in order to save a document you have to remember to duplicate it. The emailing feature can be glitchy at times.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. Bad company, Awful service I didn't know Spectrum had an awful internet connection and customer service. I have internet outages every single day and when I try to connect to their customer service they put me on hold for 30 minutes to hang up at the end because they are having high call volumes. STAY AWAY.
